Meet Our Team

Seung Eun Wormac, Chief Financial Officer & Partner

Mrs. Wormac will serve as Chief Financial Officer for Becker Management Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting, treasury, finance and budgeting operations. Mrs. Wormac brings extensive financial analysis skills to operations management. She has conducted in-depth financial audits and market analyses to evaluate project growth and expansion, reducing risk and maximizing the potential for high returns. Mrs. Wormac has also applied her financial acumen to manage banking, payroll, workers comp, insurance and other critical business processes maximizing efficiency and reducing costs. Mrs. Wormac has also served in various finance and accounting leadership roles along side Mr. Wormac including a partnership role with The Plush Lounge LLC between 2001 and 2012. Mrs. Wormac is a 15 year commercial insurance and investment professional in Orange County, California. Mrs. Wormac has a degree from Seoul University, and Studied Economics at Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan.

Gilbert E. Wormac, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner

Mr. Wormac is a skilled and motivated multi-unit food service, retail and hospitality operations professional with 20 plus years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience. Mr. Wormac is a results driven, detail oriented & keenly observant professional with strong motivation, coaching and team building skills, Mr. Wormac has led Multi-unit operations throughout a region, as well as units located across the country. Having launched and managed successful food service operations for various companies by growing sales, revenue and profit in multiple operating environments. He has also gained entrepreneurial experience by self-funding and launching a 3,500 square foot food and entertainment venue in Orange County. The venue called the Plush Cafe and Lounge, was a successful destination for food and live music for over 12 years. In addition to operations management experience, Mr. Wormac attained a BFA degree in Communications in 2001. This experience was bolstered with a two year Marketing Internship in a University Public Affairs Department starting in 1989.

Jeffery Davis, Chief Technology Officer & Partner

Mr. Davis will serve as the Chief Information Officer for Becker Management Inc. With Mr. Davis’ leadership, Becker Management Inc., is able to leverage state-of-the-art technology to provide quality services to our customers. He is responsible for supporting the communications and maximizing operational efficiency through the use of technology. Mr. Davis has over 30 years of experience developing, integrating and supporting industry standard and enterprise computing and networking solutions, providing us with the ability to deploy the most current digital display systems and software distribution.
